Abstract:Recently modern consumers have found themselves in a situation of psychological discomfort caused by consumption of food coming from the agricultural and food industry. To eliminate this discomfort the consumers may change their purchasing and consumption habits or introduce some measures for reducing the risk. This article examines the new classification of risk reducers taking into account the diversity of buying and consumption practices.
