Abstract: | Attention towards corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate citizenship has increased, and companies are seeking new ways of stakeholder dialogue and engagement to increase trust and accountability, and provide better channels for communication. The article introduces some initial findings of a research project regarding the impact of CSR dialogue processes. The project examines issues regarding dialogue as a process for increasing trust, the rationale behind choosing whether or not to engage in dialogue, and the link between dialogue and company strategy. |
