| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to propose examining factors that have an effect on intra-organizational efforts at promoting the succesful transfer of best practices. Findings show that trust, provider reputation and recipient reputation provide a signaling effect to employees and play a critical role in the transfer of best practices. |
