Abstract: | This article introduces the concept of 'welfare exchange' to the already existing notions of economic, social and anthropological notions of business. The authors believe that the nature of exchange betwoon consumers and organizations, also know as social marketing, need to increasingly take into account a wellfare and ethical component. |
