| Abstract: | This article concentrates on ethical stewardship. It is defined as a role of the leader and is based on trust. According to the article, ethical stewardship is achieved when leaders earn the trust and followership of their subordinates that they serve. A model illustrating the connection between leadership behaviors, perceptions of trustworthiness and the nature of ethical stewardship is presented. |
