Abstract:The purpose of this article is to examine trust and knowledge management from the viewpoint of project teams, exploring the relationship between external consultants and internal clients. The findings suggest that benevolence trust influences knowledge transfer while competence trust doesn't. The results of this study can be implemented in practice in the process of selecting consultants.
