| Abstract: | In Greece small and medium sized tourism accommodation enterprises (SMTEs) account for a major part of the total accommodation supply. This article explores the advantages and problems that SMTEs' owners and managers face when dealing with tour operators. Actions for strengthening SMTEs' owners negotiating position are suggested. |
