| Abstract: | A study was conducted to establish the prior predictors of self-ratings and supervisor ratings, and to discover the subsequent predictive power of both forms of ratings for performance. Self-ratings were predicted by length of service, while supervisor ratings were predicted by previous appraisal ratings , performance, and career progression. |
