Abstract: | If American companies want to go into the new game of the European Common Market, a set of new rules must be learned by the players which are now formulated in Brussels. The primary steps to enter the market are: Research and assess your potential markets, determine your game plan and find a good distributor, and be aware of the changes due to 1992 and open a subsidiary, or enter a joint venture. Choosing the strategy is only half of the game, it has to be made working as well. In this phase, several common mistakes may occur, they are outlined. |
