Abstract:From 1978 to 1990, China's proportion of investment and consumption had undergone the changing course "from high to low, low to high, again high to low". The rational limits of proportional relationship among investment and consumption and the others are as follows: the rational investment ratio should be around 35 percent in the proportion of investment and consumption; the rational proportion of stock value should be under 5 percent in total domestic production output value; the proportion of social consumption should be lowered in domestic production output value; the proportion of residents' consumption should be increased appropriately.
