| Abstract: | The course of social reproduction is the course of unifying production, distribution, exchange as well as consumption. This requires that the social economic activities should be organized with market as the center, and that the social resources should be allocated by means of market adjustment mechanism to organize the social economic activities. Social production should be guided to meet the needs of social consumption in order to keep the economic operation in a sound cycle. To exercise market economy, we should deal properly with the relation between the distribution of social income and the needs of social consumption. |
