Abstract:An investigation shows that cash income has increased by 1.5%, per capita living expenses decreased actually by 1.5% and the expenditure of cost of production decreased actually by 7.4%. The existing problems are as follows: 1.The problem of grain price's falling again is outstanding. 2. The burden of peasants is becoming heavier. 3. The production input of rural residents is sliding down , which should arouse high attention. Because of the insufficient input of peasant households for along time and the slowing income growth in the first quarter of this year , the weakening momentum of agricultural input was incorporated further in the first quarter. The per capita expenditure of cost of production has presented a negative growth.
