Abstract:By using the major factors analyzing method in the pluralistics statistical analysis, this paper conducts research as to the "hot points" of urban and rural residents consumption growth and the differences between them. The results show that the key to solving the problem of structural "dislocation" existing in the relationship between supply and demand lies in how to put an end once and for all to the structural "dislocation". The measures to be taken towards it are as follows: developing large and medium-sized cities as the backbone to bring along the development of small ones and establishing centres and the industrial and commercial zones surrounding the centres for attracting both foreign business people's and domestic especially township entrepreneurs' investment for running factories; expanding the scale of production, etc.
