| Abstract: | The basic thought of triggering housing consumption is as follows: focusing on the selling of public-owned houses, strengthening the degree of rent reform, fully implement the system of public reserve funds for housing, realizing the pluralization of housing investment, the commercialization of housing operation and the socialization of housing management. Specific measures include: accelerating the reform of housing system, gradually abolishing the system of free assigning of houses, carrying on the reform of wage system, developing loans for housing consumption and individual mortgage loans for housing, combining housing price with residents' incomes and strengthening the organization and management of the housing industry. |
