Abstract:Under the condition of market economy, whether managers of companies make efficient product strategy depends on the degree of learning the characteristics of consumer. The characteristics of consumer groups should be considered while company makes its product strategy. This article indicates the issues: 1. characteristics of consumer groups and the strategy of product combination, 2. the characteristics of consumer groups and package strategy, 3. the characteristics of consumer groups and product service strategy.
