| Abstract: | Consumption is the purpose and incentive of production. Production serves consumption. There is no production without consumption. Consumption plays a decisive role on production in the conditions of buyer's market. The current inclination is neglecting consumption. The root reason for the insufficient demands of consumption is the barrier between the structure of supply and demand, the barrier in system during the course of transformation, the barrier in the slow increase of income and the barrier in the decrease of consumption caused by consumers' psychology. The author suggests adjustment of the consumption policy to encouraging consumption and guiding consumption. |
