| Abstract: | To stimulate effective growth of economy must rely on the cooperation in investment with consumption as well as that in investment with technique advancement, rather than investment alone. Restrict blindfold investments by consumption, and achieve gradual upgrade of consumption. Accelerate investment return with continual improvement of technical standard, and achieve investment upgrade by enhancing investment efficiency. Initiation of social expectance is necessary, and investment in social infrastructure should be expanded. |
