Abstract: | Over the past several years, the inclination of consumption decreased obviously, which greatly counteracted the role of investment in pulling economic growth. Income as the decisive factors affects the speed of consumption growth. During the course of system transition, the characteristics that turned up are: (1) the growth of inhabitants' income lagged behind economic development; (2) income structure is not sound; and(3) income expectation is not high. After explored in-depth reasons, it is found out that the relations between income and distribution had not adjusted promptly to meet the requirement of economic development and system transition. |
