| Abstract: | The facts showed that assets are transferring to the minority with the unavailable ways and appearing the large differences between the rich and the poor. It need to real solve the unfair allocation and the differences between the rich and the poor from the following sectors: to further resolve the problems of the departments and industries into the rampart and powers according to the market system and resources allocations; to severe hit every kinds of illegal economic actions such as smuggling and evading taxes etc; and enforce the re-allocation of the national income. |
