| Abstract: | The consumption in the overall demand structure exercises on important influence on the level of national income. The level of spontaneous expenses determined by consumers' confidence and the trend of social and marginal consumption decided by the income and distribution are the motivity of pushing the overall demand and driving the changes of national output. At present, the top priority in the choice of policies expending the domestic demand is to stimulate and encourage the domestic consumption. The reason is that the insufficiency in China's overall demand is a structural one, its main representation the insufficiency of consumption demand and not that of investment demand. |
