Abstract:Although it is a good opportunity for China to carry out consumption credit, there are also some obstacles: the China to carry out consumption credit, there are also some obstacles: the traditional consumption concept is the mental barrier; Strong propensity to save weakens the residents' enthusiasm of consumption demand; the inadequate stock savings restrict the residents' repayment ability; the residents' income expectation is weakened so they are not confident about incremental savings and doubtful about their repayment capability; the higher price of commodities is another major factor restricting consumption credit; the inferior products and nonsupporting environments make people afraid of sinking into the "consumption trap".
