| Abstract: | The existing monetary housing allocation system will surely have far-reaching influence on future resident consumer demand and action, but how much consumer demand can be created by the housing fund from the short-term conversion mainly depends on people's psychological expectation, lasting income and consumer mentality and action of different age groups. The conversion of positive credit policies into resident effective demand requires the coordination of policies of distribution, finance etc. and more important a solid foundation of institutional construction. |
