| Abstract: | After analyzing consumers' demand of Shanghai, the paper presented the following suggestions, those are, to generally increase the income standard of the residents; to wholly implement the system of salary in money; to enhance permanent income of the residents; to expand the scale of the intelligence-related groups with high income; to optimize the social security system; to develop individual consumption credit; to develop new-type consumption; to push forward pluralism of consumption ways; and to improve the environment for consumption. |
