| Abstract: | There are more factors restricting industrial structure upgrade in China at present, including the leading ones are system, technique, demand and labour power and commerce. The ways to solve these problems are to promote industrial structure upgrade depending on tech-advanced, make the motivation for industrial structure upgrade on the basis of developing enterprise reform, while to develop high-tech-industries, change and enhance traditional industries, make up systems of man-power-resource employment and employment with the market guidance, available accelerate the urbanization process. |
