| Abstract: | At present the new contractions in China's economic operation resulted from the structure changes to which the supply could not accommodate itself, so the industrial adjustment could not depend on purely the investment in infrastructure constructions in order to drive the economic growth, nor on the development of labour-intensive industries. The paper argues the key for the upgrading of China's industrial structure and maintaining the continuously high-speedy development of the economy lie in the fact the relations among the industrialization in the countryside, opening up to the outside world and the upgrading of the structure of the manufacture section. |
