Abstract:The weak effects of China's monetary policy in the recent years, especially since 1998, resulted from the lack of a place to get the policy into play, from the demarketization of capital market, and from the fact that various behavior persons can not enter the capital market on equal footing, thus leading to the twist of interest rate and to the improper loans and to the serious insufficiency of the demand for investment. It is the conclusion reached in this article by using Hicks-Hansen Model as the means of basic analysis.
