| Abstract: | We considered that because the expansive monetary policy has glided into the "fluidity pit", the positive financial policy is adopted to stop the falling of the economy and initiate its rise. However, It also has the "pit", and the policy's effects can be got into play only under some conditions, so the choice of policy means is very important too. Otherwise, the economic relationship will be in situation of new twist. |
