| Abstract: | This article examines the ways in which male senior executives in Finland, Denmark, and Sweden talk about the absence of women working in the higher levels of a multinational company Nordea. Using a discourse analysis approach it is shown how gender-related power-relations and national identities are discursively constructed in speech. |
