| Abstract: | The development of market economy in China has made the domestic economy link increasingly close with the outside world, which requires that the tariff system should adapt itself to the development of market economy. To this end, the article points out the following three respects to be reformed in the tariff system: 1.appropriately reducing the tariff level. 2.Gradually adjusting the policies of tax reduction and exemption. 3.Making the assessment system draw close the General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs. |
