| Abstract: | Customs clearance is a basic work of customs management and has relations with the implementation of government's policies. Under the rapidly growing foreign trade, we should improve management by means of regulating customs market. The improvement includes qualifying personnel for the customs job , forming suitable conditions for competition and perfecting subordinate measures. |
