| Abstract: | After inspecting Tianjing, Dalian, Qingdao and Yantai which are tax reduction or exemption areas, the author holds that the main problem existing in these areas is that it is difficult to define them major functions. This has influenced them healthy development. In addition, there exist a tendency towards urbanization in planning and the enterprises in these areas lack experiences in international trade as well. Therefore, the author raises his train of thought on the countermeasures to solve the above problems. |
