| Abstract: | Being supported by the modern harbor and backing the two big cities Beijing and Tianjin, Tianjin bonded area has plenty space for development and will play an active role in the economic cooperation in Northeast Asia. It sets as its final goal a comprehensive harbor-oriented free-trade zone. All necessary actions will be taken to create a policy environment for a real free harbor; optimize the bonded area management according to international convention; develop the bonded area together with Tianjin Economic Development area; devote great effort to develop entrepot trade, transit trade and transportation for entrepot trade and land-bridge service; vigorously promote offshore financial service and accelerate the harbor reform. |
