| Abstract: | Tariff concession is a necessary measure in China's foreign trade policy. But under the situation that the overall taxation level is declining, we should establish effective tariff structure and practise policy of protecting tariff with an aim at protecting China's industries properly, thus promoting the upgrading of China's industrial structure and comprehensive and rapid economic development. According to China's national situation, and using the theory on effective tariff protection, this paper explores the mutual relationship between tariff concession and China's economic development. |
