| Abstract: | In order to meet with international conventions at higher speed, China has to take a substantive step in the progress of free trade in the years to come and make breakthroughs. The following aspects are particularly worth considering: (1)further cleaning up the obstacles in market participation including the further adjustment of tariff policies, the removal of trade barriers and the unification of foreign trade policies. (2)the strengthening of enterprises' competitive capacity and free trade, including further resolving the problem of enterprises operational rights in foreign trade business, setting up large enterprise groups and having key enterprises really join in the international competition. (3)reasonable protection of trade and free trade. |
