| Abstract: | Most multinationals in Canada (both US and Canadian) foresee little need for adjustment following trade liberalization. MNCs are efficient organizations well able to off-set adjustment costs without undue difficulty. The author points out that responses to the inquiry are nearly identical in both countries. |
