| Abstract: | The business - operation can mainly be improved by an adequate management restricted availability of production factors and given operation conditions.A significant increase of management quality is enabled by an adequate business decision - making systems.In business operation , it is possible to create and use a standard system of organizing the business function as well as typical structures of business decision - making.A typical mode of decision - making, which has a wider and general validity, can be formed on their basis; it is founded in the holistic cybernetic model and takes into account the majority of important criteria and aspects of decision - making.The model's development is based on the investigation of the role and importance of decision - making in business - operation, on the definition of typical features of its process as well as on the formation of standard model of the decision making process. |
