Abstract:AXA UK's mission is to be easiest to do business with for stakeholders (hereafter as: s-hldrs.) as an "expert friend". AXA's objective is to empower s-hldrs. to feel confident about their future due to their AXA products and services. First and foremost, AXA wanted an Intranet strategy where the user and site usability are at the heart of everything by initiating the "One UK Intranet" program. The information (here as: info) architecture (as: arch.) review aimed at producing a scalable and robust info structure. Users involved in the info arch. development came from different levels and areas within the organizational hierarchies of the UK business.
