Abstract:The purpose of this article is twofold: firstly, it seeks to extend the test of the functional relationship between store image attributes and customer satisfaction in the market environment in Greece and secondly, to investigate the stability of the structural relationships between store image attributes and customer satisfaction across different customer groups. On appraising the customer's personal variables four types of buyers were identified.
