Mr. Cairns has an innovative formula for global success: limit your technology platforms, expand your networks and serve your customers - internally and externally. The key issues of the interview, in addition to global corporate goals were the problems of putting limits on technology, keeping a competitive IS edge, a global network strategy, the distribution of IS costs and money, tackling outside customers the links between IS and innovation. |
