| Abstract: | "Fault crisis" during the period of economic growth and transformation is at the root of this financial turmoil in East Asia. Such a "fault crisis" is the inevitable outcome of upgrading and transformation of industrialization. It has certain universality. So within the coming ten years, China will also meet transformation barrier when it has to face the comprehensive industrial upgrading. To cope with it, China must 1.switch back to settling the problems in basic structure; 2. promote overall upgrading, 3. grasp the changing trends in demand structure for re-designing industrial layout; 4. seek the smooth transition of system transformation and industrial upgrading. |
