| Abstract: | This paper discusses the issues concerning whether China's financial theory can be based on the Western "theory of public products", how to adhere to, develop and perfect the "theory of distribution by the state" and how to draw for reference the Western financial theory. It thinks that we should understand correctly the relationship between the paid nature and the unpaid nature of financial distribution, develop actively the financial credit theory and standardize the financial function under market economy. It also holds that the Western excellent research results on the production, management and administration of enterprises market mechanism, macro policies, the mechanism of the government's intervention in economy and the definitions of national public products and local public products are of great value to China in its development of market economy. |
