| Abstract: | There are some problems such as irrational finance allocation structure, public investment squeezes private investment, and low benefit of investment and low increase of non-state-owned economy in Chinese investment increase currently. So some measures must be taken to enhance the investment increase of fixed assets, and especially the promotion of non-state-owned economic investment should regarded as the focal point of policy. |
