| Abstract: | A study was conducted to explore whether being given a choice of training content and actually getting that choice would increase pre-training motivation and post-training attitudes and learning. The results show that trainees who received their choice had a higher level of motivation to learn prior to entering the training session than those who were not provided a choice. |
