| Abstract: | The paper thinks that making effective macroeconomic policy needs to seize correctly the basic features in the current transition of system. That is, the planning economic system and market economic system coexist; the large-and medium-sized state-owned enterprises as the main body of market has not been founded; the market of limited buying party has not been entirely shaped; the price forming mechanism according with market supplying and demanding law has not been founded at last. These features must be seized so as to establish the macroeconomic control system in guiding of finance. |
