| Abstract: | To improve the macro control and adjustment function of Central Bank, we should first free it from the interference and influence of central and local government by designating its authority; and then define the single nature of its currency policy target, Which is so called stable currency; last , change the key point of its macro-control and adjustment function, indirect controlling and adjusting mainly by economic means. |
