| Abstract: | If employees are going to run a plant through teams, it stands to reason that they should take ownership of the team training. The authors describe an adaptable function oriented training system that teaches blue collar workers how to solve problems, how to write technical manuals, and most importantly how to become responsible for their own learning. |
