| Abstract: | This article addresses multimedia IBT: training programs that use sound and video. Although multimedia IBT is more complex than text-based programs, the technology for making it happen is already here. And although cheaper and broader bandwidth is on the horizon, there is no technical reason why you can not start IBT development today. |
