| Abstract: | The roles of and relationship between chairmen and chief executives are sometimes blurred. There is no mechanistic recipe for an ideal relationship, and therefore it is useful to begin a working relationship with a discussion of roles. The final nature of the relationship will be determined by the relative instincts and skills. |
