Abstract:This article evaluates the problem of identifying customers at risk. In the article customers are reporting their satisfaction. Charactetistics which are strongly associated with dissatisfied customers are possessed. In the empirical part of this research, the authors evaluate complete and partial classification techniques. Authors compare their performances both quantitative and qualitative criteria.
