| Abstract: | The paper propounds an alternative decision-making model based on Jean-Paul Sartre's existentialism bringing the full awareness of one's freedom and responsibility in focus. The working as well as the strengths and the weaknesses of the model are shown by a case study involving the affirmative action in post-apartheid South Africa. |
